Thank you for shopping with J Walk Entertainment LLC. Due to the nature of dropshipping and working with third-party suppliers, all sales are final except in the limited circumstances outlined below.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy.

All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size, color, or variant ordered

  • Items not fitting expectations

  • Ordering the wrong product

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Eligible Refunds or Replacements

Refunds or replacements are only issued if one of the following applies:

  1. Item arrived damaged

  2. Item is defective

  3. Incorrect item was received

To be eligible, you must contact us within three (3) days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photo or video evidence showing the issue

Claims submitted without evidence will not be approved.

Returns Required

If your claim is approved, we will issue:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund (at our discretion)

Late or Missing Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer

Shipping Delays

Shipping times listed on our website are estimates, not guarantees.
We do not issue refunds for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance

  • Carrier issues

  • Supplier processing delays

  • Peak seasons or holidays

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to an incorrect address

  • Orders returned to sender due to address errors

Refunds or replacements will not be issued in these cases.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first is a violation of this policy.
We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks with evidence of delivery and this posted policy.
